42 U.S.C. § 300mm–33 — Followup monitoring and treatment of other individuals with WTC-related health conditions

(a) In general: Subject to the spending cap in subsection (c), section 300mm–32's followup monitoring and treatment rules apply to the people described in subsection (b) the same way they apply to certified-eligible WTC survivors. (b) Individuals described: This covers anyone, no matter where they live, who (1) is not already an enrolled WTC responder or a certified-eligible WTC survivor, and (2) is diagnosed by a Clinical Center of Excellence with a WTC-related health condition from the survivor list. (c) Limitation: (1) The Administrator must keep yearly benefit payments under subsection (a) within a spending cap. (2) That cap is: (A) $5,000,000 for the last quarter of fiscal year 2011; (B) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2012; or (C) for every later fiscal year, the previous year's cap increased by the annual percentage rise in the medical care part of the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers.
