Payments under this chapter may be made in advance or as reimbursement, in installments and under conditions set by the Administrator. Adjustments may account for earlier underpayments or overpayments.
Payments under this chapter may be made in advance or as reimbursement, after adjustments for earlier underpayments or overpayments, and in installments and under conditions the Administrator* decides.
Any payments under this chapter may be made (after necessary adjustment on account of previously made underpayments or overpayments) in advance or by way of reimbursement, and in such installments and on such conditions, as the Administrator* may determine.
