Beginning in fiscal year 2009, specified EPA accounts may pay for authorized uniforms and certain services. Pay for those services may not exceed the daily equivalent of Executive Schedule level IV.
For fiscal year 2009 and each later fiscal year, the Science and Technology and Environmental Programs and Management Accounts may pay for uniforms or uniform allowances authorized by 5 U.S.C. §§ 5901 and 5902, and for services authorized by 5 U.S.C. § 3109. For individuals, the rate may not exceed the daily equivalent of the rate for level IV of the Executive Schedule.
For fiscal year 2009 and thereafter, the Science and Technology and Environmental Programs and Management Accounts are available for uniforms, or allowances therefore, 1 as authorized by sections 5901 and 5902 of title 5 and for services as authorized by section 3109 of title 5, but at rates for individuals not to exceed the daily equivalent of the rate paid for level IV of the Executive Schedule.
