Beginning in fiscal year 2009, five specified EPA accounts may pay for construction, alteration, repair, rehabilitation, and renovation of facilities when each project costs no more than $85,000.
For fiscal year 2009 and each later fiscal year, the Science and Technology, Environmental Programs and Management, Office of Inspector General, Hazardous Substance Superfund, and Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund Program Accounts may pay for constructing, altering, repairing, rehabilitating, or renovating facilities, provided the cost does not exceed $85,000 per project*.
For fiscal year 2009 and thereafter, the Science and Technology, Environmental Programs and Management, Office of Inspector General, Hazardous Substance Superfund, and Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund Program Accounts, are available for the construction, alteration, repair, rehabilitation, and renovation of facilities provided that the cost does not exceed $85,000 per project*.
