The Secretary must prevent recipients from receiving duplicate benefits. The Secretary must also report yearly on efforts to prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate benefits.
The Secretary* must establish procedures to prevent recipients from receiving duplicate benefits. The Secretary must report each year to the Committees on Appropriations about all steps taken to prevent fraud and abuse of money provided under this heading, including duplicate benefits.
The Secretary* shall establish procedures to prevent recipients from receiving any duplication of benefits and report annually to the Committees on Appropriations with regard to all steps taken to prevent fraud and abuse of funds made available under this heading including duplication of benefits.
