This section covers limit on amount of petroleum distillate. It sets out the requirements, permissions, limits, and procedures stated in its subsections.
Notwithstanding section 6250 of this title , for fiscal year 2012 and hereafter, the [Northeast* Home Heating Oil] Reserve* must contain no more than 1 million barrels of petroleum distillate*.
