The President or delegate must collect state-by-state wholesale and retail information about petroleum-product prices, supply, and distribution by product category, as collected by the Energy Information Administration on September 1, 1981.
The President or the President’s delegate must use otherwise available legal authority to collect, by product category and for each State*, information about petroleum-product pricing, supply, and distribution at wholesale and retail levels that the Energy Information* Administration collected as of September 1, 1981.
The President or his delegate shall, pursuant to authority otherwise available to the President or his delegate under any other provision of law, collect information on the pricing, supply, and distribution of petroleum products by product category at the wholesale and retail levels, on a State*-by-State basis, which was collected as of September 1, 1981, by the Energy Information* Administration.
