This chapter cannot authorize price controls on, or allocation of, natural gas outside the Secretary’s or Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s jurisdiction.
No provision of this chapter may permit price controls on, or require an allocation of, natural gas not under the jurisdiction of the Secretary* or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
No provision of this chapter shall permit the imposition of any price controls on, or require any allocation of, natural gas not subject to the jurisdiction of the Secretary* or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
