42 U.S.C. § 6398 — Authorization of appropriations

For fiscal year 1976 authorizations under this Act, an additional authorization equal to one-fourth of the authorized amount is deemed available for July 1 through September 30, 1976, unless a later law specifically authorizes the same purpose.
Any fiscal-year-1976 appropriation authorization in this Act, or amendment to another law made by it, also authorizes for July 1 through September 30, 1976, an amount equal to one-fourth of the fiscal-year-1976 authorization, unless a later law specifically authorizes appropriations for the same purpose.
Any authorization of appropriations in this Act, or in any amendment to any other law made by this Act, for the fiscal year 1976 shall be deemed to include an additional authorization of appropriations for the period beginning July 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1976, in amounts which equal one-fourth of any amount authorized for fiscal year 1976, unless appropriations for the same purpose are specifically authorized in a law hereinafter enacted.
