The Secretary may establish, change, combine, discontinue, and maintain State, regional, district, local, and other field offices needed for Department functions.
The Secretary* may establish, alter, consolidate or discontinue and to maintain such State*, regional, district, local or other field offices as he may consider to be necessary to carry out functions vested in him.
The Secretary* is authorized to establish, alter, consolidate or discontinue and to maintain such State*, regional, district, local or other field offices as he may deem to be necessary to carry out functions vested in him.
