(a) Congress authorized $10,000,000 to carry out this chapter for each of fiscal years 1988 and 1989.
(b) Any money appropriated under this section remains available until it is fully spent — it doesn't expire at the end of the fiscal year.
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1988 and 1989.
Sums appropriated pursuant to this section shall remain available until expended.
