(a) Congress authorizes $10 million for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1981, and $15 million for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982, to carry out this subchapter. (b) Funds appropriated under this authorization remain available until they are spent.
(a) Congress authorizes $10 million for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1981, and $15 million for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982, to carry out this subchapter. (b) Funds appropriated under this authorization remain available until they are spent.
To carry out this subchapter there is authorized to be appropriated the sum of $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1981, and the sum of $15,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1982.
Any funds appropriated under the authorization contained in this section shall remain available until expended.
