The Secretary of the Interior must approve every decision about a suspended entry. The decision only removes United States title and does not harm conflicting claimants’ rights.
Every such adjudication must be approved by the Secretary of the Interior. It operates only to divest the United States of title to the covered land and does not prejudice conflicting claimants’ rights.
Every such adjudication shall be approved by the Secretary of the Interior and shall operate only to divest the United States of the title to the land embraced thereby, without prejudice to the rights of conflicting claimants.
