This section defines four terms used elsewhere in the subchapter. 'Person' covers individuals, partnerships, corporations, or associations. 'District' means a grazing district, 'Secretary' means the Interior Secretary, and 'lessee' means anyone holding a lease.
This section defines four terms used in this subchapter. (1) "Person" means an individual, a partnership, a corporation, or an association. (2) "District" means any grazing district set up under section 316b of this title. (3) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior. (4) "Lessee" means whoever holds a lease.
