The Secretary of the Interior may file and approve surveys and plats for wagon-road, railroad, or other highway rights-of-way across a reservoir site when the Secretary finds the public interest will not be harmed.
Under existing law, the Secretary of the Interior may file and approve surveys and plats for a wagon road, railroad, or other highway right-of-way across a reservoir site if the Secretary decides that doing so will not injure the public interest.
In the form provided by existing law, the Secretary of the Interior may file and approve surveys and plats of any right of way for a wagon road, railroad, or other highway over and across any reservoir site when in his judgment the public interests will not be injuriously affected thereby.
