The Director of the Government Publishing Office is paid at the same rate as Level II of the Executive Schedule. The Deputy Director is paid at the Level III rate of that same schedule.
This section has no lettered subsections. It sets pay for two Government Publishing Office leaders by tying their salaries to the federal Executive Schedule.
The Director of the Government Publishing Office is paid at a rate equal to Level II of the Executive Schedule, listed in subchapter II of chapter 53 of title 5. The Deputy Director of the Government Publishing Office is paid at a rate equal to Level III of that same Executive Schedule.
The annual rate of pay for the Director of the Government Publishing Office shall be a rate which is equal to the rate for level II of the Executive Schedule under subchapter II of chapter 53 of title 5. The annual rate of pay for the Deputy Director of the Government Publishing Office shall be a rate which is equal to the rate for level III of such Executive Schedule.
