Makes the Joint Committee on Printing the final decision-maker for paper-quality disputes with the Government Publishing Office.
The Joint Committee on Printing must decide disagreements between the Government Publishing Office Director and a paper contractor about paper quality. Its decision is final as to the United States.
The Joint Committee on Printing shall determine differences of opinion between the Director of the Government Publishing Office and a contractor for paper respecting the paper’s quality; and the decision of the Committee is final as to the United States.
