The court must supervise how funds obtained under section 662 are spent. It must ensure that the funds are used only for the purposes listed in section 662(b), make periodic findings, and report those findings to the Secretary.
In addition to the duties section 77 of the Bankruptcy Act assigns, the court must supervise the spending of funds obtained under section 662. The purpose is to ensure that the funds are used only for the purposes listed in section 662(b). The court must periodically make findings about those expenditures and report the findings to the Secretary.
In addition to other duties prescribed by section 77 of the Bankruptcy Act, the court shall maintain supervision of the expenditure of funds obtained pursuant to section 662 of this title for the purpose of assuring that such funds are used solely for purposes set forth in subsection (b) of such section, shall make periodic findings regarding such expenditures, and shall report those findings to the Secretary.
