The Comptroller General may inspect information and records needed to audit the Secretary’s financial transactions and operations under this chapter. The Comptroller General must report appropriate audit results to Congress.
The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative, may access any information, books, records, and documents the Comptroller General considers necessary to effectively audit financial transactions and operations that the Secretary carries out while administering this chapter. The Comptroller General must make appropriate reports to Congress about the audit results.
The Comptroller General of the United States, or any of his duly authorized representatives, shall have access to such information, books, records, and documents as he determines necessary effectively to audit financial transactions and operations carried out by the Secretary in the administration of this chapter. The Comptroller General shall make such reports to the Congress on the results of any such audits as are appropriate.
