This section lists deposits that may be put into a construction reserve fund.
A construction reserve fund may contain (1) vessel*-sale proceeds; (2) indemnity for vessel loss; (3) earnings from operating a documented vessel* and related services; and (4) interest or other amounts accrued on fund deposits.
A construction reserve fund may include deposits of—
the proceeds from the sale of a vessel*;
indemnities for the loss of a vessel;
earnings from the operation of a documented vessel* and from services incident to the operation; and
interest or other amounts accrued on deposits in the fund.
