This law says that once the Commission decides a complainant deserves damages after a hearing, it must order the carrier to pay that sum by a set date.
This is a single unlabeled rule. If, after a hearing on a complaint, the Commission decides that the person who complained is entitled to damages under this chapter, the Commission must issue an order. That order tells the carrier to pay the complainant the amount owed, by a date the Commission names.
If, after hearing on a complaint, the Commission shall determine that any party complainant is entitled to an award of damages under the provisions of this chapter, the Commission shall make an order directing the carrier to pay to the complainant the sum to which he is entitled on or before a day named.
