47 U.S.C. § 31 — Summary trials

This section is short. It borrows a set of trial procedures from a different law instead of writing new ones. Specifically, sections 391 through 396 of title 33 of the U.S. Code now also apply to trials for offenses described in sections 24 and 25 of this title. In other words, if someone is charged under sections 24 or 25 of this title, their trial follows the same procedural rules that title 33 sets out in sections 391 through 396.
