This section directs the President to obtain the pro-competitive privatizations required by this subchapter. The method must meet part B’s criteria.
The President must obtain the pro-competitive privatizations required by this subchapter in a way that meets the criteria in part B. This section does not define “pro-competitive privatization” or “part B.”
The President shall secure the pro-competitive privatizations required by this subchapter in a manner that meets the criteria in part B.
