48 U.S.C. § 1713 — Qualifications for Office of Delegate

A candidate for Delegate must be at least 25 on election day, have been a United States citizen for at least seven years, live in the territory from which the candidate is elected, and not be running for another office on election day.
To qualify for the Office of Delegate, a candidate must (a) be at least 25 years old on election day; (b) have been a United States citizen for at least seven years before election day; (c) live in the territory from which the candidate is elected; and (d) not be a candidate for any other office on election day.
To be eligible for the Office of Delegate a candidate must—
be at least twenty-five years of age on the date of the election,
have been a citizen of the United States for at least seven years prior to the date of the election,
be an inhabitant of the territory from which he is elected, and
not be, on the date of the election, a candidate for any other office.
