(a)Fiscal Years 2006 Through 2013.—

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary

(1)

$30,000,000 for carrying out section 26101; and

(2)

$30,000,000 for carrying out section 26102,

for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2013.

(b)Funds To Remain Available.—

Funds made available under this section shall remain available until expended.
