The Office of Personnel Management may collect information about Government and non-Government training programs when it considers that collection in the public interest. On request, it may share the information with an agency or Congress.
The Office of Personnel Management may, to the extent it considers appropriate in the public interest, collect information about training programs, plans, and methods inside and outside the Government. On request, it may provide that information to an agency or to Congress.
The Office of Personnel Management, to the extent it considers appropriate in the public interest, may collect information concerning training programs, plans, and the methods inside and outside the Government. The Office, on request, may make the information available to an agency and to Congress.
