This subchapter does not limit the Atomic Energy Commission's powers under title 42, chapter 23. It also does not remove a requirement for administrative review of an Atomic Energy Commission employee dismissal.
This subchapter does not limit powers given to the Atomic Energy Commission by chapter 23 of title 42. It also does not remove section 2201(d) of title 42's requirement that a decision to dismiss an Atomic Energy Commission employee include adequate administrative review.
This subchapter does not impair the powers vested in the Atomic Energy Commission by chapter 23 of title 42, or the requirement in section 2201(d) of title 42 that adequate provision be made for administrative review of a determination to dismiss an employee of the Atomic Energy Commission.
