This chapter neither authorizes agency employees to request certain protected information nor creates a private right of action.
Nothing in this chapter may be read to (1) authorize an agency* officer or employee to request disclosure of information described in section 9201(4)(B) or (C), or (2) create a private right of action for anyone.
Nothing in this chapter may be construed to—
authorize any officer or employee of an agency* to request the disclosure of information described under subparagraphs (B) and (C) of section 9201(4); or
create a private right of action for any person.
