50 U.S.C. § 2454 — Semiannual financial reports on defense nuclear nonproliferation programs

(a) Reports. The Administrator must send the Senate and House Armed Services Committees a report twice a year on amounts available for the Administration's defense nuclear-nonproliferation programs. Each report covers half a fiscal year, called a "fiscal half", and is due within 30 days after that half ends. (b) Contents. For each program with money available for the fiscal year containing the fiscal half, the report must state (1) the total available at the beginning and, within it, uncommitted, unobligated, and unexpended balances; (2) the total newly available during the fiscal half and, within it, amounts from appropriations, transfers, reprogramming, and other sources; and (3) the total available at the end and, within it, those three balances.
