50 U.S.C. § 3224a — Authorization of support by Director of National Intelligence for certain workforce activities

(a) The Director may, with or without reimbursement, commit or spend money authorized or otherwise available for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence^* for covered workforce activities to support a covered workforce activity of an intelligence-community element.
(b) No later than 30 days after using that authority, the Director must send written notice to the congressional intelligence committees^* and the House and Senate Appropriations Committees.
(c) “Covered workforce activity” means an activity concerning (1) recruiting or retaining the intelligence-community workforce or (2) diversity, equality, inclusion, or accessibility concerning that workforce. This section does not otherwise define the quoted term.
