This section sets the transfer date for the property or function covered by the section.
(a) The transfer date is the date specified by the applicable transfer plan or agreement. On that date, the transfer covered by this section must occur.
In this part, the term “transfer date” means the date on which the National Intelligence* University is transferred from the Defense Intelligence Agency to the Director of National Intelligence under section 3334a(a) of this title.
