This section keeps funds for Central Intelligence Agency construction projects available until they are spent when the funds are transferred to another agency for execution. The rule applies during the current fiscal year and afterward.
During the current fiscal year and thereafter, funds appropriated for construction projects of the Central Intelligence Agency, which are transferred to another Agency for execution, must remain available until expended.
During the current fiscal year and thereafter, funds appropriated for construction projects of the Central Intelligence Agency, which are transferred to another Agency for execution, shall remain available until expended.
