50 U.S.C. § 524 — Authorization of appropriations

Congress may appropriate up to $157,500,000 for the Air Engineering Development Center’s establishment and initial construction, installation, and equipment. It may also appropriate whatever sums are needed for the other purposes of this subchapter.
Money not otherwise appropriated may be appropriated from the Treasury, and may remain available until spent when the relevant appropriation law says so, for— (a) no more than $157,500,000 to establish and initially construct, install, and equip the Air Engineering Development Center authorized by this subchapter, including necessary surveys and land acquisition; and (b) whatever sums are needed for the other purposes of this subchapter.
There is authorized to be appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to remain available until expended when so specified in the appropriation act concerned, (a) not to exceed $157,500,000 for the establishment and for initial construction, installation, and equipment of the Air Engineering Development Center authorized in this subchapter, including expenses for necessary surveys and acquisition of land, and (b) such sums as may be necessary to carry out the other purposes of this subchapter.
