50 U.S.C. § 4251 — Exclusion of claims

This chapter does not recognize territorial or property claims against the United States by Mexico, other countries, or Indian tribes, except as expressly provided for the Aleut tribe. It also does not create a basis for compensation for those claims.
Despite any other law or this chapter, nothing in this chapter recognizes a claim by Mexico, another country, or an Indian tribe to United States territory or property, except where this chapter expressly provides for the Aleut tribe of Alaska. This chapter also does not provide a basis for compensation connected with such a claim.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law or of this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall be construed as recognition of any claim of Mexico or any other country or any Indian tribe (except as expressly provided in this chapter with respect to the Aleut tribe of Alaska) to any territory or other property of the United States, nor shall this chapter be construed as providing any basis for compensation in connection with any such claim.
