NASA must keep stressing how important education is for its space projects. This helps Americans understand and take part in aeronautics and space work. NASA does this by supporting science and engineering education, research, and outreach.
The Administration* must keep emphasizing how important education is for widening the chances Americans have to understand and take part in its aeronautics and space projects. It does this by supporting and improving science and engineering education, research, and public outreach.
The Administration* shall continue its emphasis on the importance of education to expand opportunities for Americans to understand and participate in the Administration’s aeronautics and space projects by supporting and enhancing science and engineering education, research, and public outreach efforts.
