NASA, FEMA, foreign disaster aid officials, and the Surgeon General must work together. They must build an international satellite telemedicine system. It supports emergency medical care in disaster-hit areas.
NASA's Administrator*, the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Director of the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, and the U.S. Surgeon General must jointly create and maintain an international satellite telemedicine consultation system. Its purpose is to support emergency medical services in areas hit by disaster.
The Administrator*, the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Director of the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, and the Surgeon General of the United States shall jointly create and maintain an international telemedicine satellite consultation capability to support emergency medical services in disaster-stricken areas.
