NASA must follow Title IX, the federal law against sex discrimination in education. Each year, the Administrator must review at least two grant recipients for compliance.
To comply with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681 and following), the Administrator* must review at least 2 grant recipients each year to check they are following the law.
To comply with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.), the Administrator* shall conduct compliance reviews of at least 2 grantees annually.
