This section allows certain unenhanced remote-sensing data to be sold on the condition that the buyer will not reproduce or distribute it commercially.
Unenhanced data* distributed by any licensee under subchapter III may be sold on the condition that that data will not be reproduced or disseminated by the purchaser for commercial purposes.
