This section requires the Administrator to maintain a planetary radar comparable to the Administration’s Deep Space Network Goldstone capability.
The Administrator* must maintain a planetary radar comparable to the capability provided by the Administration’s Deep Space Network Goldstone facility.
The Administrator* shall maintain a planetary radar that is comparable to the capability provided through the Deep Space Network Goldstone facility of the Administration*.
