Any group that gets a voting-technology research grant must report to the Commission on what it did with the money. The report is due within 60 days after the fiscal year ends.
(a) In general: Each entity that gets a grant under this subpart must send the Commission a report describing the activities it carried out with the grant money.
(b) Deadline: The entity must submit this report no later than 60 days after the end of the fiscal year in which it received the grant.
Each entity which receives a grant under this subpart shall submit to the Commission a report describing the activities carried out with the funds provided under the grant.
An entity shall submit a report required under subsection (a) not later than 60 days after the end of the fiscal year for which the entity received the grant which is the subject of the report.
