The National Park System includes any land or water the Secretary manages through the Director. This covers areas used as parks, monuments, historic sites, parkways, or recreation areas, or for other purposes.
The National Park System* includes any area of land and water that the Secretary* manages, acting through the Director*. This includes land used for parks, monuments, historic sites, parkways, recreation, or other purposes.
The System* shall include any area of land and water administered by the Secretary*, acting through the Director*, for park, monument, historic, parkway, recreational, or other purposes.
