The Council members listed in paragraphs (2), (3), and (4) of section 304101(a) serve without additional compensation. The Chairman is compensated as section 304101(e) provides, and the other members receive $100 per day when performing Council duties. All members are reimbursed for necessary travel and living expenses.
The Council* members named in paragraphs (2), (3), and (4) of section 304101(a) of this title serve without any extra pay. The Chairman of the Council is paid as described in subsection (e) of section 304101. The Council's other members receive $100 a day when doing Council work. Every Council member gets reimbursed for the necessary travel and living expenses they incur while doing Council work.
The members of the Council* specified in paragraphs (2), (3), and (4) of section 304101(a) of this title shall serve without additional compensation. The Chairman of the Council shall be compensated as provided in subsection (e) of section 304101. The other members of the Council shall receive $100 per diem when engaged in the performance of the duties of the Council. All members of the Council shall receive reimbursement for necessary traveling and subsistence expenses incurred by them in the performance of the duties of the Council.
