The Council submits its budget yearly as a related agency of the Department of the Interior. Whenever it sends a budget request to the President or the Office of Management and Budget, it must also send copies to four named Congressional committees at the same time.
(a) Timing and manner. The Council* must submit its budget each year as a related agency* of the Department of the Interior.
(b) Sending copies to Congress. Whenever the Council sends a budget estimate or request to the President or the Office of Management and Budget, it must, at the same time, send copies to the House Committee on Natural Resources, the House Committee on Appropriations, the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, and the Senate Committee on Appropriations.
The Council* shall submit its budget annually as a related agency* of the Department of the Interior.
Whenever the Council submits any budget estimate or request to the President or the Office of Management and Budget, it shall concurrently transmit copies of that estimate or request to the Committee on Natural Resources and Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and Committee on Appropriations of the Senate.
