At the Chairman's request, the Secretary must give the Council a report explaining a historic property's significance, how a proposed project would affect it, and how to avoid or reduce harm.
When the Chairman of the Council* asks, the Secretary* must give the Council a report to help it do its job under this division. That report must explain why the historic property* matters, describe how a proposed project would affect it, and recommend ways to avoid, reduce, or lessen any harm.
To assist the Council* in discharging its responsibilities under this division, the Secretary* at the request of the Chairman shall provide a report to the Council detailing the significance of any historic property*, describing the effects of any proposed undertaking* on the affected property, and recommending measures to avoid, minimize, or mitigate adverse effects.
