7 U.S.C. § 136t — Delegation and cooperation

(a) Delegation The Administrator runs the Environmental Protection Agency's pesticide program under this law. The Administrator can pick employees of the Environmental Protection Agency to use these powers instead. Those employees then have the same authority and legal effect as the Administrator. (b) Cooperation The Administrator must work with the Department of Agriculture. The Administrator must also work with any other federal agency. The Administrator must work with state agencies and local government agencies too. This cooperation helps carry out the law. It also helps keep pesticide rules consistent across different agencies.
