This section sets rules about Amount and character of cooperation. It states the duties, permissions, limits, and procedures that apply to that subject.
Unless otherwise provided by the Department of Agriculture Organic Act of 1944 or by other statute, the measure and character of cooperation authorized by the Act on the part of the Federal Government and on the part of the cooperator must be such as may be prescribed by the Secretary, unless otherwise provided for in the applicable appropriation.
