Governors of states that received land scrip under this law must report to Congress every year on all scrip sales, until it's all sold. The report must show how much money came in and how it was used.
The governors of states that received scrip under this subchapter must report to Congress each year on every sale of that scrip, until all of it has been sold. The report must state how much money the sales brought in and what the proceeds were spent on.
The governors of the several States to which scrip shall be issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall be required to report annually to Congress all sales made of such scrip until the whole shall be disposed of, the amount received for the same, and what appropriation has been made of the proceeds.
