7 U.S.C. § 51a — Extension of classification facilities to cotton growers

The Secretary of Agriculture is asked to give cotton growers access to cotton classification services. Licensed classifiers doing this work must be supervised as the Secretary decides is necessary. This authority comes from the United States Cotton Futures Act.
The Secretary of Agriculture is requested to extend to cotton growers facilities for the classification of cotton authorized in this chapter, with such supervision of licensed classifiers as he shall deem necessary under authority of the United States Cotton Futures Act.
