Congress authorizes whatever appropriations are necessary to carry out this subchapter. Those funds cannot pay a board’s administrative expenses for administering an order.
(a) In general. Congress authorizes appropriations of whatever amounts are necessary to carry out this subchapter. (b) Administrative expenses. Appropriated funds may not pay expenses a board* incurs to administer an order*.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this subchapter.
Funds appropriated to carry out this subchapter may not be expended for the payment of expenses incurred by a board* to administer an order*.
