Congress authorizes whatever appropriations are needed for this subchapter. Those funds may not pay the Board’s administrative expenses for an order issued under the subchapter.
(a) In general. Congress authorizes appropriations for each fiscal year in whatever amounts are necessary to carry out this subchapter. (b) Administrative expenses. Money appropriated under subsection (a) may not pay the Board’s expenses in administering a provision of an order* issued under this subchapter.
There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as are necessary to carry out this subchapter.
Funds appropriated under subsection (a) shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Board* in administering a provision of an order* issued under this subchapter.
